Robio Develops Collaborations with Research Institutions for Spreon Field Tests
Robio is establishing joint working areas with research institutions to validate its autonomous agricultural robots across different plant species and real field conditions.
Robio continues its collaboration efforts with research institutions to test and validate its smart agricultural robots under field conditions. In this context, research sites hosting different tree and plant species are regarded as important test environments for Robio's product development processes.
As a result of the field examinations and technical meetings, work was planned to trial the Spreon autonomous spraying platform together with the test platforms previously developed for autonomous system validation under different field conditions.
Robio positions field tests as a critical stage in its product development activities. Validation studies carried out on real plant species, different terrain structures and variable operation scenarios will improve the reliability, performance and suitability of the systems to user needs.
