Robio Continues Field Meetings for Smart Agriculture Technologies
Robio shapes its product development processes with real field needs, producer feedback and observations of agricultural operations.
Robio continues its field-focused work in line with its goal of developing smart agricultural robots and autonomous farming solutions. In this context, meetings were held with producers, agricultural businesses and machinery manufacturers operating in different agricultural production areas, and the sector's operational needs were evaluated on site.
During the field visits, spraying, weed control, plant health monitoring, yield estimation, post-harvest product transfer and the use of traditional agricultural equipment were examined. The observations obtained provided important inputs for the system architecture, subsystem integration and operation scenarios of the autonomous agricultural robots developed by Robio, and especially of the precision spraying platform Spreon.
Robio does not limit its product development approach to laboratory work alone, but supports it with data obtained from real field conditions. Thanks to this field-focused approach, the developed solutions are intended to become applicable and sustainable technologies suited to user needs.
